With so much talk about it, it seems less likely to happen. Projecting a good idea seems to make it not a good idea because it isn't a secret? Or if so and so can't claim themselves to have been the ones to originally think it was a good idea it is eliminated from corporate consideration? All part of the wrong paths we take?
