Provide marketing leadership for development, launch, management, and growth of a portfolio of beverages and brands including created brands and licensed brands for new beverage system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own responsibility for development, management and growth of beverage portfolio for new system across all channels and purchase occasions. New portfolio will include multiple types of beverages and multiple brands, both created and licensed.
Collaborate effectively across functions and with Director, Marketing - Appliances for the new system to enable efficient and effective product line management.
Oversee the initiation, development, and execution of marketing programs in support of the new system.
Contribute to the development of geographic marketing and sales plans.
Develop effective collaboration between the Marketing team and the Sales channels, including the channel leaders, channel program managers, and sales force, to grow the new system beverage sales.
Develop a detailed knowledge of the dynamics of the sales channels and geographies in which the new system will operate.
Recommend annual marketing plans and priorities as part of the yearly budget planning process.
Communicate effectively to the organization about programs, initiatives, priorities, and results.
Supervise, coach, and develop the marketing managers reporting to this position: Product Marketing Manager – New system beverages and Assistant Product Marketing Manager(s) – New system beverages.
Provide overall supervision, coaching, and development, in conjunction with the marketing managers, of the marketing project manager(s) on the team.
Work with the director of marketing for the new system to develop and execute overall marketing and growth plans that meet or exceed expectations. Foster a culture of excellence within Marketing.
