They moved up earnings, IMO, because SAODA has issues with the investing public. Most companies release before SODA. SODA doesn't file standard SEC reports...etc. So, in an effort to be more like most companies, they moved up earnings. I doubt it means anything about the report.
can't say for sure, but my guess is they wanted to send a message to the market and give the media manipulation machine being operated by short sellers less time to cause havoc. had they not moved up earnings, who knows, a few more nasty articles might have been released and we might be trading at 50 right now.
