biggest risk IMO to Sodastream success is a Middle Eastern conflict...

I am very confident in the product and prospects of the company as a whole, but I am concerned that the heart of their manufacturing facilities are in Israel which is surrounded by countries that are having civil unrest or have sworn to blow Israel off the face of the earth...I mean really pull up a map...Egypt, Libya, Syria all within a couple hundred miles of the West Bank...

...was it really the best idea to build a new $70mm manufacturing facility in Israel?...

If every single factory in Israel shut down for whatever reason they would still have stockpiles of reserved products in Holland and the United States. Secondly they still have prime manufacturing in an additional 15 manufacturing plants around the world including plants that do only CO2 and syrups, specifically for this such measurement of concern. Your concern has been invalidated for every single skirmish in the region over the last decade for the afformentioned reasons and more that I have not mentioned. I have no hesitancy to say that the company will not ever find itself unable to fill orders for this particular concern.

    • I think if the ME unrest unravels into Israel everything will go to hell market wise. Everything but defense and munition suppliers. There has been conflict in that area my entire lifetime.
