Be able to announce, be able to announce... I'm going to try and give as complete a reply as I can and cover some, not all of the bases for consideration.

First consideration: SODA achieves stated guidance to date and meets outlined operational deadlines with regards to manufacturing build out and subsequent production commencement. No buyback will likely be announced for such a scenario.

Second: SODA achieves stated guidance to date and meets outlined operational deadlines with regards to manufacturing build out and subsequent production commencement. Capex spending is forecasted to decline from Q2 2014 through year-end and into Q1 2015. Actual gross margin is forecasted to expand beginning in back half of 2014. Buyback is much more likely to be announced.

Third: SODA achieves stated guidance to date and meets outlined operational deadlines with regards to manufacturing build out and subsequent production commencement. Capex spending is forecasted to decline from Q2 2014 through year-end and into Q1 2015. Actual gross margin is forecasted to expand beginning in back half of 2014. SodaStream does not partake in additional distributorship buyouts. Cash on hand and projected free cash flow generation will allow for such a buyback to be announced.

Fourth: SODA achieves stated guidance to date and meets outlined operational deadlines with regards to manufacturing build out and subsequent production commencement. If the aformentioned objectives, goals and demand is achieved during stated time period, share price will likely appreciate beyond the need for a buyback plan. A stock split may be more considered at elevated prices.
