Its the lack of patience with the LNG story. Real supply doesnt hit markets for 2 more yrs, so investors are not inclined to park resources here now.
Of course, commitments to ship and conversion etc will precede the supply side, and much good news will emerge well before 2015.
In the mean time, the company is offering, and is committed to as per the cc today, a minimum long term payout of 1.80/sh annually. That is over 5% yield.
