Last year's meeting was the first week of May. Should be the same time this year, although I cannot find any dates on their site or on the net. However, here is another possibility and probably more likely:
Kimberly-Clark First Quarter 2013 Earnings Conference Call

A lot of Annual meetings do not have conference calls. When I go through the archived calls on KMB's site, I do not see the 2012 meeting having been broadcast. So I would think if there is a split they would announce at the same time they release earnings. They also had an opportunity in February when they announced the new dividend for this year. Next chance there would be late May the next declaration date.
Finally the last time they split the stock was April, 1997 and it looks like the pre-split stock was about 70. Now inflation over 16 years would make that higher today. But how many on the board and the executive team were around then So the real issue is how do those that run the company today feel about splits and if they are for them at what price. Colgate said they wanted the stock at a level more affordable for someone to want to purchase a round lot. Colgate had not split there stock since 1999.
There is a lot to think about concerning this issue.
