Whisper the Word, "m o n s a n t o", and DuPont's Executives & Employees Go Bonkers!
Good Evening, Bonsoir Guten Abend,
Folks, nothing shows off the categorical inferiority of this second-rate seed company, second-rate ag chemical producer (Imprelis, Tell Us!), and third-rate chemical company like the consistent successes of Monsanto and Monsanto's superior talented people intensely focussed like a laser.
You can see it over the internet, on the DD & MON Yahoo! boards, the constant dirty campaign to smear "evil" Monsanto. Over three years ago, it got so bad, in a published letter (Aug. 17, 2009) to then DuPont Chairman Chad Holliday, Monsanto CEO Hugh Grant called on DuPont's independent Directors to investigate the bankrolling and deployment of "masked third parties" to smear and libel Monsanto's business. Grant called the unethical misconduct of DuPont Management and DuPont lobbyists, and their PR dissimulation,
"Dishonest, disingenuous, and downright deceitful"
(We couldn't have said it better or more alliteratively ourselves!)
Grant described the unprincipled activity of DuPont Management "as misleading to the public and a serous breach of business ethics far beyond honest competitive behaviour."
Such are the ENRON ETHICS long embraced by the executives of the disreputable DuPont. One of a thousand reasons investors should avoid these long-moribund DD shares. A CHEAT-to-COMPETE corporate culture eventually destroys shareholder value big-time; it does not create it.
Merely the evening remarks and perspective of one individual investor and long-time student of DuPont in decline...funfun..
