DuPont Chieftess Pays Herself A Whopping $13 Million for 2012, $15 Million for 2013
THE WEAK IN REVIEW
Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag, Buenos Dias,
Readers, Randall Chase, business writer for the Assoc. Press has a squib out on Ms. Kullman's pay for the past year (March 15, 2013) She hauled down $13 million in 2012. This year, according to SEC filings, her pay will soar to circa $15 million. Ms. Kullman constructively and effectively rewards herself qua CEO, this personal fortune as she doubles up as "Chair" and dominates the very Board of Directors rubberstamping her colossal compensation.
$13 Million?? $15 Million??
Remarkable, since the imperious and inept Ms. Kullman has commanded and presided over the largest, most costly new product failure in 21st century corporate America! We are talking about extraordinarily toxic DuPont Imprelis, a falsely, if not fraudulently marketed "very environmentally friendly" lawn dandelion herbicide, which has killed and damaged hundreds of thousands of mature landscaping trees across the country. Tens of thousands of Imprelis claims are pending in numerous federal and state courts. Ultimate cost of the loss to DuPont's long-suffering shareholders may be as much a s $ 2 billion or more.
NOTHING SUCCEEDS LIKE FAILURE AT DUPONT
