West Georgia Yahoos. They're building a monumental edifice company headquarters, meanwhile there is 100s of thousands of square feet of empty office space available all over Atlanta and Georgia! The vacancy rate for Class A space is 18% rent is about $21 sq/ft now.

Published- Greenway Medical Technologies' expansion calls for the construction of two new buildings, totaling 80,000 square feet, which will include a new corporate headquarters plus training facilities and employee service options.

The guesses are $12 million for this "campus" they are building way out in Carrolton 30 miles west of Atlanta.

Insiders cashed out in a big way on the IPO. The Greens blew out on the IPO and sold in open market above $15. Forward P/E 2014= 172, ROFL Price to Sales, Price to book Management ROE .62%

There are plenty of EMR software company's like Mckesson etc. I doubt they have permanently cornered the EMR space.

I'm not short, no position at all. Just a local observer with an opinion.

      Sentiment: Sell
