per my investment broker. They told me something big was going to be announced.
They said I would get out at 36.00 flat tomorrow if the news as bad.
I love my investment firm.
You are not protected. Stop will sell at whatever the price is at the open, which will likely be the low of the day. You should have put a limit order on the sell so you wouldn't have been wiped out at the open and then could have perhaps gained a bit during the day.
Too bad, I've been there before.
I am so glad that I was scared today, so so I bought 10 beautiful 36 puts today. Now what to do: put my shares to someone or sell them.
you beat me to it by 4 minutes, lol
You troll! Post your trade confirms. You don't have any shares. No one bother. He does this all the time. You probably live in your parents basement.
lmaooooooooo
Your stop will not help in this scenario. Unless it was already executed before close.
It will open low and yours will be sold during early trades. Not at 36.
thats the reasons for stops...congrats!
Your stock will sell at the open. A stop can not protect you in this situation. If you think the stock will rebound after a horrible open then you need to remove the stop NOW
They lied also. Sounds like a stop - it will open lower and you will sell at next trading price. Yes even if it is much much lower.
Did your shares sell before the market closed? If not, your shares will just sell at the market open tomorrow, and there will not be a buyer at $36.00
Dude, you have a serious gap between both your ears and butt cheeks and both are going to get drilled and filled tomorrow at the open.
"But will you still love me tomorrow?"
