Not sure I follow you? SEC will wrap up soon and announce their findings soon? Mail to the company?
I thought the agencies like SEC/DOJ were waiting to see what audit comm said before they started their investigations? Or were they doing investigations concurrently and were just waiting to announce their findings until after the audit comm did? Seems too soon to me to be hearing from SEC, just my gut feel.
