Without the walnut business it's breakup value per share is between $38.54 and $45.35. If you include the walnuts it's $49.50 and $56.35.
I think I'll stick around. Every stock other than DMND is somewhat toppy now. If the market goes south, being in consumer stables is a very defensive play. Regardless, it's a win win situation. I got the time to wait, but I certainly don't think it's going to take 6 months. Three months at the most.
Are the shorts really going to sweat it out for 6 long months knowing that a buyout could be in the works any day as they comb for any other accounting irregularities? They are playing a very dangerous waiting game.
