    All Quiet on the Eastern Front...

    Mums the word.....This is more secret than the
    invasion in Iraq...and that was a Disaster....
    Bought another 15100 shs on Friday...at 5.04..
    Sitting on 81,000 shs....Will I take a world cruise
    or will I drown in my Tears ?
    I made a ton on the Preferred as I bought at $10
    and sold at $22,,,than bought ALU under $3 and sold
    in the highs 4....now I am Back to NRF....$5 seems
    to be a new floor....and things aint as Bad as
    Bush left them.

      Good Stuff Buddha!

      NRF has an 'All-In' Buy rating on heading into to the Q report and dividend announcement this week.

      Forseeing AFFO comming in at $0.40 - $0.50 range and div's comming in at $0.12 - $0.15

      New investment announcement should be made and the outright purchase of the Healthcare unit as well, which will increase NRF revenue for rest of 2011.

      Reduction in salaries & loan loss will see NRF's operating profits remain stable or increase a bit after an incredible $33mil operating profit in Q4.

      This is what the crystal ball sees ... this is what will happen ... All-In Buy

      Now take it & Go! ;)
