Now's your chance to profit from the seeking alpha lemmings.
Dumbell article did not mention cash available for distribution vs consolidated affo. Nor did he mention yield on leveraged equity on investments in 2011 (restart in 3Q), yield on 2013 nvestments, the huge shift to equity reits or the annuity management fees which require very little nrf capital.
The Aug dividend will be 20. It's already wired.
Looks like the lemmings have shot their load. IMO, buy before it goes over 9.50. I just bought another 5,000 flippers.
I bought about 7500 shares at 9.45
I didnt expect the price to come back today. But it did and I sold 4000 at 9.72 (didnt want to stay so heavy nrf). Then I got another treat when it went to 9.9, sold another 2000.
I bought 2 k at. 9.46 to make an even 150,000 shares. Posted this while it was still at 9.46 but don't see where it was posted. Liked the old message board format. Dar, your SUI is on fire. Wish I had more than 8 k shares.(but I ain't greedy.) will never read seek. Alpha after that travesty.
Good opportunity to buy more. Most SA writers have an agenda with poor rationale, and also can't write. This is one of them. It shows that NRF has high retail interest or there would not be such volume (presumably) due to the article. Perhaps it is more that many sensed that NRF was technically overextended and saw that the article could provide a trigger, rather than that it was meaningful.
