    Great concept

I purchased 80,000 shares at an average price of $6.52 over the last two weeks.

Auto tinting glass is the future.

    And present really.

My wife has sunglasses that turn dark in the sunlight.

Our rear view mirror darkens when a car is behind us.

Sometimes it takes awhile for a concept to catch on.

Darkened glass in cars and jets in a no brainer.

I own a Mercedes and would love a panoramic roof.

Is there any reason not to be buying at these low prices?

Now there is an investment strategy that you don't see every day. With good reason.

Why am I not surprised it is being employed by a REFR long?

    • i couldn't care less about loose lip lying joe or research frontiers. what i care about is the stock price.
as soon as big product announcements are made, the stock price will take off and i will collect my money before anyone finds out if refr will pay any dividends or not. for all i care management can then steal all of the money.

    • "you downer clowns are not only betting against refr, but also hitachi chemical, pilkington, daimler, isoclima and many others."

You could not be more wrong. Ask yourself this question. Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? REFR management has screwed investors repeatedly over a period of decades. Folks, that is never going to change! Therefore, a bet against REFR is about as close to a sure thing as you are ever going to get regardless of what the licensees may happen to do with this technology.

    • you downer clowns are not only betting against refr, but also hitachi chemical, pilkington, daimler, isoclima and many others.
what makes you so sure that you are smarter then they are?
yeh, i know, your answer is 'history', but you "got to know when to hold em and when to to fold em".

must be getting hot in your boiler room.

    • >>>>>i doubt if any of you downers have the guts to short refr ever again>>>>>>>

Back in REFR's glory days, when the price was in the high $20s, statements like yours were common. What is the price today?

      >>>>>you downers only got lucky when the first generation film turned out to be a failure.>>>>>

Failure is REFR's business model. Haven't you noticed that by now?

And, for the record, while luck does indeed influence investment results, long term, it has little significance. Ignorance and stupidity, however, have tremendous significance.

    • i doubt if any of you downers have the guts to short refr ever again. even you clowns can't be that foolish -then again maybe you are.
i will, however be more then happy to take your money.
you downers only got lucky when the first generation film turned out to be a failure.
      this time you won't be.

    • >>>>>>>at least us longs have a stake in this boards topic. >>>>>>>>>

At the risk of sounding like Montuno, get the price up to $8, if I can get a borrow, I too will have a stake in this board's topic.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my short positions in REFR. They were not only profitable, but thoroughly satisfying in,many other ways.

Satisfaction, some thing the REFR investor knows nothing about. He has heard of it, but it is like a virgin contemplating sex. Such a shame that the REFR long will never experience a profitable trade.

    • and what do you downer clowns get out of all this?
      endlessly posting dribble about nothingness,
you continuingly waste your pathetic lives on this board.
at least us longs have a stake in this boards topic.

    • >>>>>How many years of no income will it take to be considered a failure? 2, 5, 10, 20, 40 more? >>>>

For the REFR long, time is a highly over-rated concept. "Soon", is the only time concept they can grasp.

      >>>>>>Seriously. Does REFR management get a free pass for life?>>>>>

Yes, REFR investors are lucky to have such a wonderful management working on their behalf.

      >>>>>All REFR promoters ever offer is excuses, poor ones at that.>>>>>>>

      You have to "BELIEVE!".

      >>>>>

    • >>>>>Is there any reason not to be buying at these low prices? >>>>>>

Preservation of capital is my first thought.
