    The Whale is UNDERWATER

Well as fast as REFR went from $4 to $5 from Sept 18 to Oct 19th the price went from $5 to $4 from Oct 19 to Nov 5. Okay, it went down a little faster than it went up. Interesting to note, the share price went UP during the period of heavy short selling. Hmmm.

So the Whale got into REFR at what price over $4.00? How is he doing? Is he still adding to his position? Maybe he is like John H and Chase and is averaging down to zero.

Kevin Douglas seems to be a long standing client of Craig Hallum. In a quick, non-exhaustive review of public filings by Mr. Douglas, 4 of the six public filings that I found, were securities that had C-H as the Sole Offering Agent (just like with REFR this past summer--and REFR makes #5 of 7) on a secondary offering.

The 10Q is going to be interesting. I'm predicting a bigger loss than in the last 4 quarters
Revenue up or down? Doesn't matter, the LOSS will be up.

Daily volume seems to be "drying up" again. Soon there will be no way out. See you all back in the "Terrible Twos" with year end loss selling next month.

    Sentiment: Sell

    • Didi, Just as predicted when "this whale" allegedly bought into REFR, it is just another scam. Good work for uncovering that he has apparently bought into just other C-H penny stock promotions. There have been many of these guys mentioned on this board over the years. The promoters think this brings some sort of respectability to the company. Since they started to mention these "investors" the stock price has gone from 20+ to 3+. I doubt any of these "smart, monied investors" ever stuck around for more than a quick back door deal from Joe.
