I guess the Board has dug up the Prospectus (THANKS GUYS!!) and the SECONDARY is now a FLOOR!!!

The MANAGEMENT seems to have a case of GOOD TIMING! Now lets hope they also have a GOOD PLAN for the money!

Meanwhile back at the ranch,,, The yahoo analysts have adjusted their revenue figures. The next 2 quarters comply with the new guidance. Next FY estimates still seems low to me.

The average estimate now for this current quarter, (3'rd) is $113 Million, followed by an $125 Million 4'th quarter. That puts them at about $435 Million for the year, right in the middle of AMSC's new guidance range of $430 to $440 Million.

If suddenly all growth stops on April 1, 2011, then AMSC will make $500 Million next FY. $125 for each quarter in FY2011. The average analyst expects $547 Million next year. That's $47 Million above the no
        growth scenerio.

9.4% growth is the average effective growth analysts are expecting from AMSC next FY. No respect whatsoever, IMO.

      • Someone isn't letting me post!

Nasdaq was here in March. The prices in March were 25 to 30. He could have had a $10 GAIN EVEN NOW. But he never said he BOUGHT, so I bet he is safe.
