    Sec Filing

Did anyone see the contents of the latest filing dated 3/13/13, curious to know what it is? Go to NASDAQ and look for the sec filing, only you will need to sign in to see it.

    • The new sec filing is just stating that parts of the contract with Inox were not disclosed in a previous filing because they were deemed to be confidential for competitive reasons. It probably has to do with prices paid.

The same CT orders were filed with amsc's contracts with Sinovel and others.

      good luck
