The two nations have a summit in June. With cyber espionage (military and corporate) a sore issue, and recent promises from China to protect the rights of foreign companies, I at least expect the Chinese supreme court to rule in amsc's favor of the jurisdictional dispute. That would seem the least gesture China could offer during the summit.
More wishful thinking ... the BAC rules favorably for amsc during the summit, resulting in a monetary reward. Personally I do not really expect the BAC to compel Sinovel to fulfill the undelivered portion of their contracts with amsc, but I would not be too surprised if they find Sinovel should compensate amsc for what was delivered but never paid for. Just guessing. None of us here know.
In the meantime, Sinovel does not seem to be in favor with the regime.
I am definitely holding here, and might even add shares.
