    Bloomberg Article - read!

That Bloomberg article puts this all in perspective. This is a massive scam. The foreign earnings simply don't exist. Read the article. this will go to zero over the next few months as the truth from all the lawsuits and SEC come out. The best bit is Raina will run to India and he knows he will never see a day in jail. He had nothing to lose and everything to gain. In India he can still be a God!

    • Rumors of EBIX falsifying their financials have existed for the past 3 years. All the allegations have been proven false. There are 3 solid reasons to believe in the company.
      1. They have a strong cash position
      2. SEC has opened an investigation on then for almost 2 years with nothing to show for it.
      3. They managed to secure a syndicated loan of $100 mil from Citibank last year. This was despite rumors of EBIX falsifying financials. As we all know, banks don't give out $100 mil loans without checking if the company they are loaning it to can pay it back.

    • What is the local news saying in Atlanta?

      • Actually, I live here and this city knows nothing about business doings or news unless it hits one of their "social agenda" buttons. They are quick to jump on any liberal band wagon. I think but am not sure, but, their location is at or near where the ADAM business was or is. Short, hehe, of going to a restaurant and sitting near where employees eat and talk, have resisted doing that, there is no advantage to living in Atlanta as far as EBIX is concerned. I have thought about going there to talk to their shareholder man, but do not think I would get a wink, wink, nudge. Are you getting this NSA? I did visit ADAM years ago on visitor day. I was impressed and liked the people.

      • Local Atlanta says: Kim K and her sisters have big butts. They named their baby "Dishrag Nortwest.". Braves trade opening pitcher for Falcon quarterback, Hawks file protest. 90 degrees with rain probable, snow in local public offices. Brazilian leaders to conference in Atlanta with local politicians to learn about corruption, they are here to take notes. Atlanta is a world leader in that field from the tax office down to the public cheating school system. In a separate deal, Atlanta City Government votes on merging with North Korea giving NK access to electricity from Ga Power and Atlanta politicians get a place to send their enemies, oh, and Nk also gets 43 cases of 100watt light bulbs. GS rubber stamps the deal. OH, also, the mayor of Atlanta also gets to live 10,000 years. Not bad for 43 cases of light bulbs. What is Atlanta saying about EBIX? Nothing, they have not noticed yet.

Just seems odd to me that with all the good quarterly results over the years that no one came up with any hard evidence that Ebix was "shamming", EBIX, stock goes up, out comes a hit piece, this happened again and again, that alone seems strange to me. I remember when Steve Forbes said on Fox, that EBIX was one of the best run companies in the US. Goldman Sachs kills the deal because of supposition. GS and Ebix may not have been the best bed fellows from the beginning.

Did Ebix contribute too much money to the Republican Party

    • Mr Greg Farrell gets his "information" from Mr Dan Yu. Mr Yu can't tell the difference between an account ledger and a hole in the ground.

    • Old news.... watch for new news.... like the Tata interest or the other 4 or 5 PE firms. $15 by EOM

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
