Thats exactly I posted earlier. Step #1, they should seek an investment banker. #2. Buyback its share to the hilt so that it is attractive to the buyer. Currently management is gun shy of buying back fearing it could drop further. But they can make it attractive to buyback upto 50 millions and then can command better pricing for the remaining 20 million stocks with a better EPS and EBITDA. Smart management should buyback irresepective of their strategy so that they can protect their value and establish a higher valuation for the company both from the suitors or from the market when things improve. A bold action is needed.
