I've seen this so many times it's predictable. VSCP finally breaks the $1.00 mark and Nasdaq immediately sends a warning notice. Then VSCP holders freak out and start selling, thus pushing VSCP back under $1.00.
A warning notice should not go out if a stock is over $1.00 at the time.
The same thing happened with IDMI last week. It got a notice and it was trading well above $2.00.
Instead of playing "meter maid" the Nasdaq should be investigation MM manipulation and fraud of microcaps, which is RAMPANT.
One can only be suspicious of Nasdaq's motives when these things happen virtually every week.
So many people with sh*t for brains. If you're following the FISA legislation making its way through the House you'd know we're probably only days away from the government being able to spy on all our phone calls, emails etc. without proving PROBABLE CAUSE and without GETTING A WARRANT. The 4th amendment is about to be eviscerated.
Keep singing your pathetic little song, but not too loud or you won't hear what Rush is saying.
