After the last shelf offer aezs did i got worried. Waited for a pop and un-loaded. I always sell when ever a bio raises money or gets a shelf ready before big news is due. If they had good results they could sell shares for 3 plus a share to big funds, so why shelf now? My guess its better to raise cash now then wait........just my experience with small bios. Buy em if they don't raise capital before a big news event and sell them if the raise capital before a big news event. Long YMI, CLSN, PPHM and in the .04s a little P&D thats getting ready to double, perhaps triple??...hdsi
you're clueless man. a) the CEO bought shares. b) the trial is double-blind. i don't know how many times this has to be explained but they have no information whatsoever about which patients are receiving which drug until the study is unblinded. if the trial were open-label maybe your concerns would be justified, but it's not so you can't go around linking the atm to foreknowledge of the data.
