    This company will get acquired!

"New positive cash flow" is at best either transitory or even illusory. They had positive cash generation during the June 2008 quarter, but used cash in each of the five previous quarters. If the business actually is growing, then it likely used cash. NMRX's cash pile is very thin, and debt exceeds cash. Buying back stock now would be very imprudent. They should focus on building the business as job #1, #2, and #3. If they are lucky enough to generate excess cash, then use it to pay down debt.

    • you must tbe right and I now agree. At least the management team has stepped up again and bought more stock. Form 4s filed yesterday. Looks like the bottom is in at NMRX. NOw we can look ahead to a good Q3 and a very positive Q4 with the higher margin recurring revenues taking over the income statement.

      • Rather than paying down debt, consider accumulating cash in excess of current needs until this credit crunch subsides. The financial turmoil might present an opportunity to bring into the fold another small company to further enhance our M2M capabilities.

However, as part of the due diligence connected with this acquisition, it would be worth considering having this company's CEO (and other senior management as may apply) undergo some kind of psychological evaluation...
