    • Why buy something when there is a good chance of losing your money. Insider buying is one of the best indicators of confidence in company. dopey says mux is concentrating on growing/developing/increasing its projects. WOW! What does that have to do with an insider buying stock in the company. It is astonishing. This guy is just trying all kinds of lame reasoning to try to make it seem like he knows what is going on. He is grasping for straws, as usual. He is the LAST person you should listen to. They are allowed to buy at anytime as long as they report it. They are not allowed to GIVE OUT info (TIPS). Look it up.

      • "They are allowed to buy at anytime as long as they report it. They are not allowed to GIVE OUT info (TIPS)."

The excerpt above, from your post, is incorrect/wrong/garbage. Your post is just another veiled attempt to make a profit from your short position.

Obviously, you believe that attacking me and raising questions about my integrity will encourage readers to discount or ignore what I have to say; i.e. attack the messenger, not the message. After your personal attack you attempt to explain away my message, hoping that no one will challenge your interpretation of what I said.

Respond if you are so inclined, call me names, insult me, have a temper tantrum. Throw yourself on the floor, bang your head until you see stars, wet yourself, fill your pants for all I care; show everyone what you are, who you are, but don’t expect an answer to your reply, (if you send one). I honestly don’t care what you think and the same applies to anyone accepting your words and opinions.

        Regarding insiders:
It is illegal for insiders to buy/sell on news that has not been released to the public. This can be and is easily verified by reading the SEC rules governing insiders.

      • "They are allowed to buy at anytime as long as they report it. They are not allowed to GIVE OUT info (TIPS). Look it up. "

YOU'RE wrong, dumb and short, a nice trifecta, ja?

officers and directors cannot buy based on non-public info or are presumed to be "insider trading". there are defenses against this presumption, but since you're dumb it would be even dumber for me to try and explain it to you.

        look it up. 10b5, verstehen?

    • The lack of insider buys at present time?

MUX is concentrating its efforts on growing/developing/increasing its projects and resources said projects hold. If readers have followed progress of the Company’s endeavors they know that news releases have announced positive results in and for their efforts. That said; it should not be difficult to assume additional results of their efforts will be announced with the Q2 Report – If not additional results, expect further, (more concise) information on news that has already been released.

      Q2 just ended, (June 30, 2013).

Absence of insider buying between June 30 and announcement of results implies the release of news regarding positive grow. Positive growth for the Company should have a positive impact on share price. This being the case, insiders have knowledge not yet released to the public; insiders cannot trade, (buy and or sell) while possessing knowledge not available to all investors.

In light of the above, lack of insider buying is a positive for present and future investors.

Where do you come off with a lame response like that. That is not why they are not buying. If anyone bought shares of this dog and released " GOOD NEWS" the price will go down. It has to rise significantly and the SEC has to prove that they bought shares on that information. I assure you that is not the case with this dog. It is Not the case so don't respond grasping for straws to try to suck anyone in with your delusions.
