Trial, judge rejected 'Reuter report on Beijing statement', will take 1-2 weeks,
Highlights of my 2 hour stay was LVS lawyers kept trying to bring a Reuter's report that Beijing said 'Macau had full autonomy on gambling licensing'. The judge's point was that it was an unidentified hearsay. If LVS wants to move it as evidence, they have to come up with better govern records, persuant to some Nevada court definition.
There were some 20 questions from jurors for Suen.
Not sure good or bad.
Sheldon only got 2 questions.
Suen appears to have problematic 'perfect' communication skill. Understandably he is not American.
Jury may overlook the deficiency and focus on his genuine intention.
What boils to bottom is it will take at least one more week.
Next Thursday may be next good day to check.
No signed contract, but did Sheldon know and denies now.
Judge looks very fair and open to all sources.
Jurors are slightly smarter than Sarah Pslin and ALL LVS monkeys (mrTaxx/Bret/BJSPOKANIMAL /all).
The jury is still a wild card.
