it appears that a stockholder fund or group of stockholders are upset with management about
their comp. I would guess its a large stockholder because nothing has been posted on this
board. the stock continues to be a good investment as it continues to have a positive performance
over time and I haven' seen anything printed by management that has changed the outlook.

the atty has informed us that we could call but I don't have any gripe with the company and
see no reason to call. the parties or party to the law suit should inform the stockholders or I would
hope the company would put out a reply informing stockholders.
