With no growth insight. They will never live the American dream, Top 'U.S.' Corporations have Outsourced More Than 5 Million American jobs in the last 3 years overseas,. As companies continue to outsource and bring in immigrants using H1-B only to bring cheaper labor into the country for the the destruction of the American worker. The true desire of capitalism is to destroy the worker., and the world:)
It Takes a B.A. to Find a Job as a File Clerk. This up-credentialing is pushing the less educated even further down the food chain, and it helps explain why the unemployment rate for workers with no more than a high school diploma is more than twice that for workers with a bachelor’s degree: 8.1 percent versus 3.7 percent.
so therefore,if they're underemployed they want a better job?doesn't everyone?i guess they come straight out of school and want everthing handed to them right away.
i started out at the bottom, worked my way up as far as i could go without becoming management.
then found a better job.nothing was handed to me.why should it be handed to them?
because they have a degree?so what.
i don't have a degree, but while raising a family i went to night school for 8 years and took up a trade.
oh btw, no one paid for my schooling either, paid as i went.
now explain why they're jobless?what won't work for the pay offered.
your story don't say "why"
since i was 17 years old i have had 2 jobs.
managed to raise a family send my kids to school(again on my dime).
one finished two didn't,the one who did, isn't using that degree anyway.
thats my kids problem.(did all i could do).
SO AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED
START AT THE BOTTOM AND WORK YOUR WAY UP.
the ONE and only
Kevin it is all about attitude, you have a winning attitude, so that is why you are a winner. lil ole al has a bitter defeated loser attitude, hating everything and everybody, so that is why he is a loser, and his spawn are losers too who had the stupidity and lack of advice to major in such a useless degree as sociology. al has been venting about his loser stepkid for some time now, and the real problem is that it had ol al as a role model. What a losing proposition.
I know I have explained this to you before, the unemployment rate is the driver of this. When unemployment gets to about 5% , labor is in the driver's seat. That's the real reason that the "job creators" don't like current FED policies.
At this point with the embedded jobless situation, the point of leverage may actually be 6-7%, where jobs go begging for workers and wages take off. We shall see soon.
