    Diamond, Where's the Buying???

Day Trade and Win!! Or Invest and Lose. You make the call. The " New DSCO " has been quiet because they are thinking of a way to fool New Investor's out of some easy money. LOW VOLUME tells the story!!!! Again it's about the Money not the Drug!!!!!

    • Very similar to how your multiple personalities are rather noisy trying to steal money. Your foolery has become "Tired". DSCO has always been about the drug and remains vigilant in bringing this game changing drug to market.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

That pretty much sums it up Pinski.

Did you notice how wrong I had it this morning? I thought it would drift up from Friday's close... not quite. Oh well... either way, I'm glad I didn't get back in this morning.

In looking at how DSCO might fool some New Investors....
      1. The ATM was cancelled last Summer so as to allow a good analyst report from Lazard.
      2. The CEFF doesn't have enough money left in it to amount to anything.
      3. Can't very well sell "Synthetic Royalties" when you have no sales to royalty.
      4. Private Placement limited to 20% ... about 8 million shares... about $16 million... not enough.
      5. Partner away future revenues... still need revenues to partner away.
      6. Pretty much just leaves another Public Secondary as the only option.

Of course, if they wait until After the launch... Partner and Synthetic Royalties can reappear, but both require a known positive flow of revenue and DSCO hasn't done anything to increase anybody's confidence in that scenario.... and even if they launch in April, they will run out of money before they have the opportunity to generate that flow of revenue and confidence.

Sounds like a Mid to Late February Public Offering, just like the last several years. If so, it's just about time for the happy fluffy press releases to start so as to gen up some positive sentiment ahead of the proxy filing.........

      • Well, I agree that it's probably the usual "late february public offering", however one thing about synthetic royalties deals is that it is possible to do them before launch: in that case you're not selling a future revenue stream, it's more that you're taking out a loan secured against those future revenues. Of course, that does mean that if the revenue stream falters for some reason it can leave you in a bit of a state....

    • hey ah i thought u owned a bar.......................#$%$ u loser
