Found this article. They like ACO, but only have a price target of 33 to 37. Not sure how that would make them a buy at this price level. That's why I'm not an analyst.
AMCOL International buy, target price raised

NEW YORK, October 12 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Wedbush Morgan reiterate their "buy" rating on AMCOL International Corp (ACO.NYS). The 12-month target price has been raised from $33 to $37.
In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company is likely to report its 3Q results broadly in-line with expectations, with an EPS of $0.55. The impact of rising demand for heavy equipment, on account of the US dollar weakness, is expected to have offset continued sluggishness in automotive demand, the analysts say. The upward revision in the target price reflects a shift in the base year, Wedbush Morgan adds.
