    ACO and oil

In past years I noticed that high oil prices led to increased drilling, ergo larger sales for ACO. Any speculation on how long before the run-up?

    • I use ACO for trading. I like the long term story, so I really only go long with the occasional hedge. Somedays (today) I feel like I am the only one trading options for them, they rarely repriced. I'm not complaining though, I will just buy the dips until they are fairly valued.

I think they could do better than 45-55, if they get some exposure. It's a great story, great company, results, and so on. I just added a few Nov. Calls on the pull back to go with my longer term ones. In this enviorment (oil, mining expansion) they should continue to out perform

    • The company is positioned well everywhere you could ask for. Great diversification. Foreign activity brings favorable currency exchange as well.
If estimates are as accurate as usual, a year from now should see $45-$50 with up to a .92 dividend. All the potential of Nanocor still comes as a bonus. Two years from now I'm hoping we make it a twenty bagger PLUS accumulated dividends.
Too bad we don't have this level of competence in government.
