I use ACO for trading. I like the long term story, so I really only go long with the occasional hedge. Somedays (today) I feel like I am the only one trading options for them, they rarely repriced. I'm not complaining though, I will just buy the dips until they are fairly valued.
I think they could do better than 45-55, if they get some exposure. It's a great story, great company, results, and so on. I just added a few Nov. Calls on the pull back to go with my longer term ones. In this enviorment (oil, mining expansion) they should continue to out perform
The company is positioned well everywhere you could ask for. Great diversification. Foreign activity brings favorable currency exchange as well. If estimates are as accurate as usual, a year from now should see $45-$50 with up to a .92 dividend. All the potential of Nanocor still comes as a bonus. Two years from now I'm hoping we make it a twenty bagger PLUS accumulated dividends. Too bad we don't have this level of competence in government.
