If you are a shareholder in ACO or you are considering becoming one, you should read this presentation from their website. A very good overview of the company, what they do, and how they have performed over the last 5 or 6 years. It's about 22 pages of a power point like pdf, so it takes a minute to load. I haven't seen where they are going to any investor conferences, but it looks like that's what this was prepared for. It includes year end 2007 financial information.
Gee Steve, I hope they bought back shares BEFORE creating that briefing.
One thing had been bothering me: they hadn't updated calendar of events for Nanocor in quite a while, and I assumed they decided to rely on their partners in that area. Now they have updated calendar of events and things are going on, e.g. application to pet products.
I was thinking about their stock buybacks also. If I remember, they averaged about $24 per share last year, so it would have been a great time for them to purchase some more over the last week. Coincidentaly, I was also looking at the Nanocor site yesterday. There was no mention of nano during the conference call and also none in the investor presentation. Unless the market crashes (still possible I suppose), we may have set the lower limit in the stock price for now.
