I almost hate to mention this again, but I wonder how much impact the CEO really has on a companies business. Ryan seems like a nice guy, but he doesn't give me the same level of confidence that I had with Larry Washow. Wonder if the top employees have the same feeling and how that impacts their performance. It seemed that Larry was able to identify what he thought was an important problem and try to effect a cure. Now, it seems that we are looking all over the place without a specific goal.
Well, land fills are economic sensitive I've learned. Also products like Raven's plastics are providing competition for AMCOL type liners I think. Finally, I know Lennox is having the same problem with purchasing contractors to develop a service business that ACO seems to be having and also exiting.
