Seriously, how much lower can these prices go? There is huge demand for coffee and coffee rust is spreading. I have to admit that I don't understand this market. Could any enlightened folk share their analysis?
The growth of the high end Coffe market which depends on Arabic grounds has levelled off because Consumers are ia belt tightening mode. UnforunatelyBrazil the main supplier is in oversupply thanks to excellent harvest.
The demnd for Rousta beans has grown and that price is rising. The differential between the two brands has decreased ..
We need to see Arabic prices turn up. This will only happen when the current surplus is mopped up and teh weather turns wet in Brazi. Say end May perhaps.
