I hear there is significant discontent among the employees. Most salary employees have long since lost faith in Teske and the regime he installed. He talks very smoothly but words are much different than actions. Turnover is higher than ever, morale is lower than ever, and the tribal knowledge that comes with being in business for 100+ years is being bled out. I hope for employee's and shareholders sake a change of leadership happens sooner than later. The strategy and vision if this regime has failed....they need to change or be shown the door just like the hundreds of employees they forced out to compensate for their failing strategy and execution!!
