Many are saying Obama will approve the Keystone
pipeline benefiting TransCanada. The benefit will be
shared by landlocked Alberta/Saskachewan/ and
No Dak Bakken explorers. Calfrac has a large footprint
in these basins, and will be at the leading front of growth.
The Presidents State of the Union address sounded
positive for continued growth in homeland oil&gas resources.
Natural gas figures into the green ideals of liberals who
desire a cleaner alternative to coal. Cheaper energy
in natural gas will also revive manufacturing and
bring job opportunity.
Tuscany is an offshore services company, but will
benefit by the revival of the sector. I also believe
Walter Dawson will get Tuscany on its feet in 2013
and spin it off eventually to a bigger operator.
Calfrac and Trican both have operations in Russia
and other regions. Neither have a presence in Africa
and TID would fit nicely into expansion plans.
