At ~9 1/4/bu for beans chacareros in Brazil and Argentina are kaput. Who is going to buy their expensive fertilizer? Just wait until pools start going bellyup in '09. If you think I know nothing about ag. you have no idea.
This is fine, but you may still have the question of marketing to whom. As I mentioned, they may handle retail products fine as food will still be in demand and I mean finish products in groceries' aisles. But if part of that marketable inventory refers to fertilizers, I am afraid this inventory will remain dormant in their warehouses for quite a while.
