    Edmonton Oil Differential

I live in the US and am wondering why the Edmonton oil differential is positive. I thought there was a huge glut of oil around Edmonton, so the differential would always be negative.

Is there any way to predict the Edmonton differential in the future? It has moved around so much in the last few months, it seems very unstable. Thanks!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

under normal circumstances and as more pipeline and trucking is available, do to the light sweet natural of the crude i would expect it to stay above wti and a slight discount to brent. Eventually all crude will find its way to the coast for global pricing just like in the gulf

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
