ZZZZZZZZZZZ minus! Losing tons on this thing so far. NOT crying...Thats the game of the stock market.....Holding tight ...Fortunately I win much more than I lose ....SO FAR, I am down on this one......Not sure if its tax loss selling that is keeping it down so much.....I know its undervalued by a bunch...There is no real argument about that.....But the fact remains that for longs, the elevator ride down has been steep and recently there has been no interest at all, even at these levels...And as I said, I hope its simply tax loss selling.....Its hard to figure why else there would be no interest at all at 1.05 ! Ugh shorts got me on this one....D
"there has been no interest at all". Not really....if you look at the recent institutional holders on Yahoo...you will see that Dell management has doubled their shares.....Corvex and Raging Capital hedge funds have also been buying during the last quarter (if you want to know when to bail.....just look at the list of institutional holders of GMXR on Yahoo....then you can run). As for the price drop....has more to do with shaking out almost 70 million free shares distributed by FST in Sep 2011 to both FST shareholders and funds.
Not sure how long this process will take....but it will play out. Point I am making is they're funds (Putnam, etc) buying at this level. When you see a GMXR pattern on institutional holders...then run. You will need patience with this puppy....has faced a perfect storm of selling from FST shareholders/institutions and lower NGAS/oil prices with Canadian differentials (see CNQ CEO's comments on differential sorting out next year due to increased refining capacity at HUB).
