LPR is bleeding with little hope but asset sales. They just bought too much land to develop
while NG prices were falling. LPR has some excellent properties but they need performance.
There is no communication to it's stockholders and it will be interesting the conference call
on 5/10 what they will say. There debt needs to be redetermined and there has been no
communication on that. Since the IPO the stock has gone only one way and that is down.
GMXR did the same thing the last year before bankruptcy by clamming up and not giving any
of it's stockholders needed information. Now GMXR is in bankruptcy and trading in the .17
range on speculation that something can come about on it's good properties that it has in
its portfolio. As I say Shades of GMXR.
And to think I bought 12k shares of gmxr at 2.12 and sold for .56 before the lights were turned out. Of course I jumped on the SSN band wagon for 3.37 for 20k shares and sold for 1.91 on these high flying small oils.
So far I am in deep dodo with LPR and have basically lost a ton of money here. Right now I have learned my lesson on the non productive players that claim to have tremendous reserves that in all fairness is virtually worthless unless being produced. So bottom line don't pay any attention to reserves values that they place on their assets. So far haven't found a CEO that doesn't lie to their investors. We end up investing and losing and they bail out with all the money. Thankfully making up losses on my MNKD investments. After this fiasco, won't be buying small oils ever again.
