Nothing Chinese is getting any traction - it's gotta be investor uncertainty regarding a tightening monetary policy.
Exactly. Also, these stocks seem to be mirroring the US market on dips. Strange, and so much for "diversifying" for now.
The key is where will this stock be in 9 months.With another $25 million in net income in the bank.I do not see us being at this price. With a return on assets at 16%.With a 270 million market cap it gives us a good margin of safety.
The threat to tighten is there due to a growing economy...So the stocks suffer because of growth?! Its counterintuitive, but just the way it works. Chinese stocks will have their day...Accumulate now so you can be a position to ride them higher.
If I do get back in, it'll be after the tightening is announced. Best strategy for me is to wait & see.
