quoth candjlughheighedl..., "To much pressure from MS and Oracle"
You're joking, of course. Please feel free to demonstrate where that pressure is being applied. There are VERY few companies that can face down Oracle... Red Hat did so without breaking a sweat when they told the press that they had no plans to change their pricing in response to Oracle, and yet continued to sell subscriptions to what is now widely percieved as the "top shelf" offering in Linux support.
I not only fail to see the "pressure" that you suggest, but I'm convinced that the validation of Linux form Microsoft and Oracle is a huge boon to Red Hat's outlook.
$6.00 increase from last earning report not good enough for you?
In Scottrade Elitte. Read the article a couple of days ago posted there by Dow Jones. It's about how Microsoft & Oracle are no competition, in fact the reverse. Great positive artical.
Also you might want to read yahoo news on RHT all this week and last week. * UPGRADE. * SEEN POSTING STRONG FOURTH QUARTER ARTICAL. * NICE ORDER CAME IN THIS WEEK. * EU COMPLAINT ON MICROSOFT AGAIN (VISTA) * LAST EARNING STOCK WENT UP $6 IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.
Do I need to say more?
If you don't have Level II trading, you might ck on getting it. You will then see stock price control played to the max. all this week for slow accumalation on low volume. Never under estimate the M&M (market makers)
STOCK PRICE WILL BE GOING UP GRADUALLY INTO EARNINGS AND WILL THEN SHOOT UP LIKE IT DID ON LAST EARNINGS AND CC.
