    Wow, chill~ So many lies!

    First of all- Definitions

3rd QUARTER V.S Second Half distinction-- yes, you may not beleive it but we are half way through the "second half" of the year. The company said they would announce a partner in the second half and have been saying this now for almost 6 months. All this "very soon, by the end of the year" all means the same thing. Very soon to most is near-term. 2 months is near term, so is 3.

That said, I expect an announcement in October, max mid-November and I expect them to be on the shelves two weeks later.

    Re: Paula's comments-

Umm, I don't understand how one can prove she did or did not say that, but as far as I'm aware, she doesn't typically take calls like this on Ed's behalf, and is not likely to drop hints regarding the Europe portion of the deal falling apart.

It is a combo deal and the idea that this poster is talking as if there will be one deal and a second, which from everything I've heard is ABSOLUTELY not the case, it makes me want to say.. call yourself and find out because it doesn't sound very credible. Why would she release something like that.

    OR:
She said "We will be announcing a Canadian partner before the end of the year, and we're also working to involve Europe" and the poster took that to mean "oh no, Europe got axed". Which isn't the case, as this is simply what they've maintained all along. They don't like missing milestones and deadlines because it looks foolish so they've been busy working. The fact that the PPS doesn't seem to be bothering THEM as much as it did say a year ago is a VERY encouraging sign. The fact that there isn't a response everytime the price dips is another encouraging sign. They know this will go up when they release, and they understand that short-term isn't of much concern to the majority of their shareholders anyway.

    • Just to clear the misunderstanding - she never said anything about the Europe deal falling apart or delayed.
As I noted she kept coming back to the Canada deal, by year end (multiple times) and her tone suggested,IMO that things were really moving quickly on that front.
She did suggest that they would try to wrap up both the deals if they can by years end, but did not elaborate much on the European front (I assumed she either did not have much details or things weren't moving as quickly )

IMO that would mean the Canada deal is coming along nicely

      • There is a lot of clamoring about nothing to the co matters. Paula is under strict orders not to say too much about anything by Ed. I know that much for sure. All the co is going to say is by the end of the second half case closed. All they will say about EU is they are talking to potential partners. Anything else interjected is speculations and opinions. That's ok but one should say, that is my take or IMO, not as a fact of a conversation.

My take on the trading by the shorts is well known to the shorts manipulations. There is no reason what so sever this should have been taken down so hard here. The co is on track, nothing has changed with the co at all. This is merely a mkt play by the shorts to take out investors and to cover the short. Has nothing to do with the co just the stock. Of course this sux for sure. Of course no one likes this at all. The facts speak for themselves. This is a pure short play not only here but many others as well.

Many are losing, those that have sold or are forced to sell. Long money is out of the mkt for the most part. A mkt squeeze is due. A bounce is definitely due. This is what happens when the big short money can take out any cos value they choose to do. We can go on all day about this and how disgusting it really is. One thing is for sure, the co is continuing with the business at hand and there is no bad news forecasted.

    • Good to hear from you Miso. It looks like we're getting closer to the big announcement. Notice that the coersive persuation here on the board (by bashers and shorts) is getting bolder. Matter of fact, a new poster predicting "few more days until big collapse without major pr". Even the news today (Korean patent approval for Mycova) didn't get a warm welcome. Instead, it dropped the pps even more.

I believe the next 2 months will be very interesting for both longs and shorts.

      • I'm treating the Paula info as pure hearsay. Don't recognize the posters names so the comments could be fabricated. Seems to me, the company has stated they have produced batches of Vitaros already and should be out in Nov. I'll believe it when I'm notified from Canadian Pharmacy that it's now available. If co. waiting for better market conditions to announce partnership, it could be awhile. Will take advantage of cheap shares, soon. Don't think the bottom has been reached.JMO GLTA

    • The pharma most likely wants the Europe deal done before Vitaros hits the Canadian market. Apri's Europe price will go up big time if the Canadian men love Vitaros and the Europe deal is still open for negotiation. Much better for the pharma to lock in Europe before market introduction. Imo, this is why the announcement of the Canadian deal keeps on being delayed.

    • Word, nice to see ya chime in Miso.....do you ever speak with Cox/Paula?
