    • Once again. Adding nothing to the conversation . . .

    • don't waste your time on longbeach..
he wants a new Ferrari.. he told the dealer he'll go no more then $10k dealer asked him if he was smoking crack..

    • Good luck to you as well

    • I think the price range we are in right now does factor “the promise” of a Canadian partner. If that does not come through within the time frame promised by management I think we will go down, and it wouldn’t surprise me if we reach your valuation. Do I think management will come through? I am cautiously optimistic: I don’t understand why the deal hasn’t been done by now, but during the CC management was pretty strong about it getting done by the end of the year. And I am willing to wait that long before I reassess my APRI holdings…

      Good luck…

    • You say all of this about Apricus but not even 2 weeks ago you were calling it a scam..?

      GO FIGURE..!

Another one suffering from Bipolar disorder..?

All of what you mention did not happen in the last 2 Weeks..!

    • Apricus has some good things going for them. First and foremost is the Nextact technology itself. Secondly their pipeline of drugs have good promise. Finally they have cash reserves that will apparently keep them operating far into next year. However, as with any business you have to transition from a start up company to fully operational. They have patents and they have piplines but have yet to bring any of their drugs to the market. This is the only way that guarantees some type of residual revenue stream. They continue to make licensing deals in europe but all of them have milestone payments involved and again - nothing on the shelves equals no residual income. As far as the valuation, it is like buying a house. You pay what you feel is the actual value not what the list price is. If you feel the list is out of balance with the valuation and they will not sell at the correct price you don't make an offer. Considering to totality of the points above my personal opinion is that in order to not get burned the correct PPS is $3.40 at the present time. It may change if they can get something on the shelves or make a canadian deal where i would pay $7 per share but not a chance right now. What are your thoughts?

    • Longbeach...

How did you come up with $3.40? Did you include real estate assets? How did you value the patents?

      Just curious...

    • where is v-8 and shrimps mouth now. And remember apri will be a much larger co. by years end!
