Call Apricus at 858-848-4249, wait until you get Steve Martin's extension number, leave your name, amount of shares you own, and phone number you can be reached. Lourdes from Argot Partners will calll you back and you can set up a day and time to talk to Steve Martin. It is at a point now where you can hold your shares and hope for the best or sell with a loss and move on. Contacting the BOD or talking with lawyers will do no good. This company is small potatoes as far as they are concerned. No sense in venting your displeasure and disappointment on the message board. I am the first one to admit , I am more guilty than any one of doing this.I am holding on and hoping for the best. Take it for what is worth. Best of luck to all who hold on.
wrong we will be rich after we sue. APRI is small peanuts but wait thats not where we get our money Abbott is in on this scam if not the main player and they have CASH thats where we make out,,, think about it!
thats true APRI had a partner ready willing and able in bracco--ready to oe ahead yet Abbott must have convinced Damage otherwise and they have not fulfilled their promises which has cost us all dearly!!! i thiunj slugg is right the major case is Abbott's failure to perform as promised!! you don't sign a deal and then stall the drug with a struggling co growing low on funds--thats a scam and fraud!! Abbott give me the big bucks now!! or launch-- i bet if they see a lawsuit on the horizon they will speed this up- its a win win for us longs.
