    Should have known

    These guys pumped again right before a public offering. I swore I would never buy thisbPIS again, but I fell forvthe European approval #$%$. Luckily I didnt buy that many shares....I will sell and lick my wounds. Should have known better. No change from Damage ...New faces same A holes.

    • If they did indeed lift the poison pill to boost the price then that would warrant investigation by the SEC. However, I have a feeling that the real case was different. The offering document was obviously floated well before now and my guess is that one of the key terms to getting the deal done was that the poison pill would be lifted so an exit could be created for the new investors.

      It will be interesting to see the terms tomorrow and to also see if investors are named. Would love to see a corporate name taking a large ownership stake. That plus the removal of the poison pill would most certainly make things interesting.

      I know why you're annoyed though...I get it. I don't like this company either...the management team is just messy.
