Good question. We haven't gotten what I consider a clear answer. There has been mumbling about Abbott wanting a longer room temp shelf life and the particular specifications of Health Canada are a little different than those submitted to Europe. We are hopeful. However, what is certain is that the European market is ten times as large in Canada and that we are likely to see at least one launch in the next six months for one of the three countries that the company already has licensees for. The reasoning for the latter is that it often takes only one to six months to get market authorization after getting approval by the EU's European Medicines Agency.
The Canadians want a 7 day shelf life and presently it is only 3 days, think about all the drugs that are sold online and Vitaros needs refrigeration for a long shelf life, soo my info is that abbott is making a longer shelf life. There are tons of ED drugs sold online from Canada to the US and mailing
would take conceivable more than 3 days. . .v
