    Robert

I know selling is the right thing to do because I really think this stock is headed to frsh new 52 weeks lows - meaning into the low 2's. I see nothing to stop it. The death cross will happen this week. It'll be years for the stock to recover. However, I can't really sell and claim a loss since I'm still carrying a lifetime's worth of losses from the dotcom bubble ten years ago. And I do believe that someday HERO will be a $5 stock again. That may take years. HERO will never be a double digit stock again. This company has been ruined by poor managerial decisions and gov't regulations.

Volatile Stocks: (CLWR), (AREX), (HERO), (EJ), (YOKU)

Among the most volatile stocks traded on August 22 were: Clearwire Corporation, Approach Resources, Inc, Hercules Offshore, Inc, E-House (China) Holdings Limited, and Youku.com Inc. These stocks are risky as they have high volatility. Since these stocks carry a lot of risk, they will usually provide large returns. This high volatility could be caused by their business strategy or the type of sector they are in.

Shares of Clearwire Corporation (CLWR) traded higher by 1.64% or $0.05/share to $3.06. In the past year, the shares have traded as low as $1.32 and as high as $8.82. On average, 6865290 shares of CLWR exchange hands on a given day and today's volume is recorded at 4282207. The shares are currently trading below the 200-day moving average but above the 50-day moving average. The stock may be range bound between these two levels where the 200-day moving average of $4.86 represents resistance and the 50-day moving average of $3.05 would be an area of support.

Shares of Approach Resources, Inc. (AREX) fell by 1.85% or $-0.31/share to $16.42. In the past year, the shares have traded as low as $7.21 and as high as $34.93. On average, 703940 shares of AREX exchange hands on a given day and today's volume is recorded at 159196. The shares are currently trading below the 50-day and 200-day moving averages which indicates that the shares have been experiencing downward momentum. The stock may bounce back to test the 200-day moving average. Thus, you may want to pay close attention for a move up to the $22.71 area but be careful because the stock may face selling pressure at this level.

Shares of Hercules Offshore, Inc. (HERO) fell by 2.11% or $-0.07/share to $3.24. In the past year, the shares have traded as low as $2.05 and as high as $6.99. On average, 3736460 shares of HERO exchange hands on a given day and today's volume is recorded at 1008069. The shares are currently trading below the 200-day moving average which indicates that the shares have been suffering from downward momentum lately. The stock may bounce higher to test the 200-day moving average, so look for a move up to the $4.57 area where the stock may encounter resistance.

Shares of E-House (China) Holdings Limited (EJ) traded higher by 14.56% or $0.90/share to $7.08. In the past year, the shares have traded as low as $5.52 and as high as $19.73. On average, 486070 shares of EJ exchange hands on a given day and today's volume is recorded at 197330. The shares are currently trading below the 50-day and 200-day moving averages which indicates that the shares have been experiencing downward momentum. Thus, you may want to pay close attention for a move up to the $7.93 area but be careful because the stock may face selling pressure at this level.

Shares of Youku.com Inc (YOKU) fell by 0.9% or $-0.21/share to $23.05. In the past year, the shares have traded as low as $19.78 and as high as $69.95. On average, 4983440 shares of YOKU exchange hands on a given day and today's volume is recorded at 1435032. The shares are currently trading below the 50-day and 200-day moving averages which indicates that the shares have been experiencing downward momentum. Thus, you may want to pay close attention for a move up to the $31.19 area but be careful because the stock may face selling pressure at this level.

You have the right to your beliefs, but I strongly disagree. Hero will be double digits again. The fact that the government will sell 1.5 million acres of leases in the Gulf of Mexico will help to increase contracts for all the oil/gas drillers and that includes Hero. As for as the regulations go, I believe the next president will be drilling full speed ahead, because he knows that purchasing 1 billion dollars a day of foreign oil is breaking the back of America.
