The biggest headache concerning this co.[imho] is the lawuit by Ark Best challenging the legitimacy of the unilateral reduction in pay, etc. I'm no expert on the subject nor pro or anti but it seems to me a clear fracturing of master labor agreement
Now YRCW employees willing to accept cuts under the difficult situation, and we all know the co. has to do this BUT what happens if AB wins? Which they might.
Would YRCW go bk, thereby legally able to chuck union? What do stockholders get from poential catastrophic mess.
